Eddie Connor

Eddie Connor is an International Education Consultant with over 20 years of experience in integrating vocational education systems worldwide. Based in Munich, Eddie specializes in the integration of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) into schools and colleges, creating pathways that prepare students for both higher education and employment.

Eddie’s distinguished career includes working with Pearson, one of the world’s largest education organisations, where he contributed his expertise to developing innovative TVET solutions with global reach and impact. This experience with an industry leader has provided him with unique insights into educational best practices and effective implementation strategies at scale.

Ged Tedford is an experienced international educator and Career-Related Programme Coordinator with over a decade of expertise in academic, vocational and experiential learning. Currently based in Dubai, Ged is passionate about empowering young people to reach their full potential—regardless of their background or ability.

Specialising in the delivery and coordination of vocational education programmes such as BTEC and the IB Career-related Programme (CP), Ged has worked extensively with students aged 16–19 to build the skills, confidence, and ambition needed to succeed in both further education and the world of work.
